Sun Dried Tomato Cheddar Biscuits

Ingredients
- 2 cups Baking Mix (Bisquick, Jiffy, etc.)
- ⅔ cup Milk
- ¾ cup Cheddar Cheese, grated
- ¼ cup Great Lakes Sun Dried Tomatoes, finely diced
- ¼ cup Butter, melted
- ½ Tablespoon Garlic Powder
- 2 teaspoons Parsley Flakes
Instructions
- Preheat the oven at 450 degrees F. Stir together baking mix, milk, cheese and sun dried tomatoes. Drop dough onto an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Add garlic and parsley to the melted butter. As soon as the biscuits come out of the oven, brush with the melted butter.
