Cranberry White Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients
- ⅓ cup Butter
- ⅓ cup Shortening
- ⅔ cup Brown Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- ½ tsp Vanilla
- 1 ½ cups Rolled Oats
- 1 ½ cups All Purpose Flour
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
- ½ teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 cup Great Lakes Dried Cranberries
- ⅔ cup White Chocolate, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Cream together the butter and brown sugar until fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time. Add vanilla.
- Combine oats, flour, salt, baking soda and cinnamon. Stir dry ingredients into butter mixture one cup at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in cranberries and white chocolate.
- Drop by rounded teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheets.
- Bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
