Cranberry French Toast

Ingredients
- 16oz loaf Cinnamon Swirl Bread, cut into cubes
- 1 cup Great Lakes Dried Cranberries
- 6 Eggs
- 3 cups Milk
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Powdered Sugar
- Butter
- Maple Syrup
Instructions
- Place the bread cubes and cranberries in a greased 3 quart baking dish. Beat the eggs, milk and vanilla. Pour over the bread cubes. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Uncover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until lightly browned and set in the center. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with butter and syrup.
