Cherry Chicken Salad

Ingredients
- 4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, cooked and diced
- 2 cups Great Lakes Dried Cherries
- 3 stalks Celery, diced
- ¾ cup Sweet Gusto or Vidalia Onion, diced
- 3 ounces Pecans, chopped
- 1¼ cup Mayonnaise
- 20 Mini Croissants
Instructions
- Combine chicken, cherries, celery, onion, pecans and mayonnaise and spread on croissants. Chill and serve.
