Cherry Apple French Toast Casserole

Ingredients
- 16oz loaf Cinnamon Swirl Bread, cut into cubes
- ½ cup Great Lakes Dried Cherries, cut in half
- 1 cup Apple, peeled and diced
- 8 ounces Cream cheese
- 6 jumbo Eggs
- 2½ cups Half and half
Instructions
- Place half of the bread cubes and cherries in a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
- Cut up the cream cheese and sprinkle over the bread.
- Top with the remaining bread cubes.
- Beat the eggs and half and half together.
- Pour over the bread cubes.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Uncover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 – 60 minutes or until lightly browned and set in the center.
- Serve with butter and syrup.
